The snooze button


Every morning I set my alarm for 6:30 and I end up pushing snooze until 7:00, I can't help it, I'm addicted. My number one new years resolution this year was to not use snooze...it worked for one day and the next morning I went right back to it. I feel like I have tried everything I can think of. I tried setting my alarm for 6:00 but I still ended up sleeping till 7:00. I moved my alarm clock across the room so I have to get out of bed to turn it off, but then I didn't wake up at all because I couldn't hear the buzzer. I even went to bed at 8:30 one night last week but it didn't seem to make a difference in the morning. I need help, does anyone have some advice for a desperate snooze addict?
